At another vet right now?

Please ask the veterinarian to call us so we can better prepare for your transfer.

Once you reach the parking lot please call us again. This is when you will be placed in line. Please stay in the parking lot until you are called to be seen. Once we are ready to see you we will call you back. Wait times can vary dramatically. We see triage based on severity of condition.

If your pet cannot walk at all please let us know. We can use a stretcher to bring them in. Keep in mind, if they can walk at all, they will try to jump off and could injure themselves further.

After your stay we will send the record, bloodwork, and radiographs to your primary care veterinarian. If you’re new to the area, and in need of a primary care veterinarian, please tell us. We have lists of veterinarians in the area accepting new patients.
